Before we begin here’s the quick rundown on Klaviyo
Klaviyo is a subscription-based email marketing automation software designed for eCommerce websites. It's generally used by small to medium-sized companies but it’s really well suited for companies of all shapes and sizes due to the massive investments they’ve been making in improving their integrations, and segmentation and workflow tools. As with so many other email marketing tools available today, Klaviyo email marketing offers a suite of marketing automation features, including email campaigns, automated workflows, text messages, advanced segmentation, email capture, pop ups, and sooo much more. If you can’t afford hiring an email marketing agency like ours, they also include a drag-and-drop interface when creating campaigns. That is what allows you to build those emails quickly. But in case you don't find it as a perfect fit for your business, we've created a bunch of Klaviyo alternatives that you can consider.
If we’re being absolutely honest here, we really love it and think that it leaps and bounds over any other service we ever used (we’ve used all of them being an esp-agnostic agency). Klaviyo email marketing is a reeeally advanced automation tool. But before we begin with its alternatives, I would first want to introduce you to Klaviyo’s pros, cons, pricing, API availability, and integrations. So ahem,...are you ready. This is gonna be one hell of a ride.
Is Klaviyo a CRM?:
In short, no, it's not. The long version though is that while it's not specifically CRM it's as close to being one as any ESP we've ever worked with thanks to the fact that it's built as a profile-centric ESP. This means that you can actually look into each individual profile's activity and understand what that subscriber has been up to - in quite a bit of detail. Did they open or click any of the last 3 emails? What's their average order value? What about their lifetime value for your brand? These are all things that Klaviyo, unlike any other ESP out there, allows you to get an in-depth view on.
Pros of choosing Klaviyo:
Automation? It’s easy as pie! With Klaviyo email marketing, your emails can be personalized on anything from brand loyalty to customer lifetime value, and those messages will be triggered based on what your customers do. I mean, like if they engage with a campaign or make a purchase. Flows and rules can be created for each situation, and pre-built email marketing flows are available. That's what helps save time on your end if you’re a business that’s still starting and you’re not quite sure what you should be doing in there.
Klaviyo’s integrations with the different ecommerce websites are really the best in the industry too. This means that there are more metrics you can track, more events you can trigger off of, and more data about your customers to view.
Big-name integrations. From Shopify and Magento and Facebook Custom Audiences to Facebook Lead Ads, Klaviyo has a chunky stack of integrations that I know won’t disappoint you. Yotpo? Check. Swell? Check. Woocommerce, Amazon, Recharge and Recurly - you name it, they have it. 5 out of 5 stars really!
Cinchy visual drag-and-drop builder. Are you maybe looking to design emails for marketing campaigns and flows and can’t afford to pay experts with a solid email marketing portfolio to cover the job? Cool, ‘cause Klaviyo’s drag-and-drop builder is a cinch to use. There are various fonts and brand colors that can be applied to default templates and workflows. What’s more - uploading your own designs and templates is also an option.
Lacks Lead Scoring, and customer support - In case you’re searching for a platform that comes packed with Lead Scoring, I’m afraid Klaviyo isn’t the right choice. If you would like to trigger an automation based on how engaged your potential customers are with your marketing and site, I have to agree that Lead Scoring is an easy solution you can use, although there are alternatives that work as well if not better with proper segmentation. It does take a lot more time though, I give you that! Sure, you can always get a third-party app integration for it, but hey, are you sure you want one more bill to add to your expenses? I didn’t think so.
Speaking about the customer (un)support. This platform’s help center is great for some quick tips or basic help. But if you’re seeking a bit more personalized support experience, then you’ll need to fight with Klaviyo’s hourly schedule.
Aand here comes the main part - Higher costs. Yup, well, Klaviyo is free for up to 250 contacts and 500 email sends. Cool, but only if you’re running a smaller (by that I mean veeery small) e-commerce business. Nevertheless, if you’re looking to grow and expand your business, be aware that once you move beyond those “freebie” numbers, you’ll most definitely have to pay a price that’s direct proportional with your list size and with the quality that you’re getting too..
Speaking about the Klaviyo pricing, they offer a free plan up to a meager 250 contacts and 500 emails per month, with their imposed branding. In case you’re just getting started, I’m pretty sure it can work very well. Still, scaling with Klaviyo may get pretty much expensive as you grow
As soon as you reach 1001st subscriber, Klaviyo pricing immediately jumps to $45/month, and with 2001st, it’s $60 per month. Expect your subscription to go up by around $25 for every 500 subscribers.
After collecting 3000 contacts, the price goes up every 1000 subscribers. Anyway, you’re already paying $80 per month by then.
For 10000 subscribers, you’re looking at around $150. Which is still not a herty price by ESP standards, especially taking into consideration the amazing ROAS that email marketing has.
This is something that we’d rate a 3.5 out of 5. The big reason why we’re rating it this low is that while their API is actually not that bad, their documentation is pretty terrible and they actually don’t even include all of the features that you can tap into with the current API set-up, making the whole compatibility a bit pointless. That being said, their support are pretty good to reply and be helpful if you want to use their api to expand on your store’s compatibility!
Klaviyo offers over 100 pre-built integrations ranging from rewards programs to shipping solutions. Once you get your Klaviyo account, you can choose from numerous services that Klaviyo supports an integration with. Klaviyo’s marketing platform is an excellent foundation to improve targeting, provide better customer support, connect several marketing channels, and so much more.
As we previously mentioned, Klaviyo really is an amazing product that functions perfectly well. But what can be a little bit tricky to work with is pricing if your business is still a rather new one and you’re struggling to justify the cost. That’s why we wanted to list 10 Best Klaviyo alternatives today.
Best 2022 ESP marketing software and Klaviyo alternatives Post Highlights:
Mailchimp is one of the best Klaviyo alternatives that boasts a super-duper intuitive interface. It’s so easy to get started on MailChimp, since it employs manageable functionalities, and overall, a visual editor that’s easy to use. What’s more, they offer some unusual channel integrations, such as adding Instagram ads to the usual Facebook and Google ads we get to see with automation tools. Their automation gets the job done. Anyway, I think that the workflow could have been a bit more clear in terms of editing and visualization, and their workflow set-up abilities are definitely on the rigid side, with a lot of useful tools missing completely, like changing a customer's state once he completed a workflow.
Pros of choosing Mailchimp:
Hefty data reporting - What’s great is that you’ll never second-guess what is or isn’t working for your email marketing because they provide all of the data you need to make clever marketing decisions. From engagement and growth reports to revenue reports, and sales tracking campaign stats are easy to monitor, even for the greenest of marketers.
It’s polite to your bank account. In case your company is extra budget-conscious, then I’m sure you’re gonna be a huge fan of their pricing because it’s one of the cheaper alternatives for really small businesses.
Cons of choosing Mailchimp
The biggest problem is that you can say goodbye to Shopify. Shopify is one of the most popular e-commerce platforms today and if you’re using it, and you want to connect the two accounts, then you’ll need to go through a third-party app, which means your possibilities might be hindered and costs will be higher.
Automation options are limited. If you’re looking for a muscular automation platform, then Mailchimp is definitely not going to be your go-to. There are some basic automation tools like product retargeting, and abandoned cart, but if you’re on the prowl for a greater variety of automation like rules and workflows, combined with a wide variety of actions and triggers, then Mailchimp isn’t your prey.
Pricing - I'm sure you heard about that $10/month plan. What you need to know that it will be $10 only if you have 500 subscribers. Then it only kicks up by $5 for every 500 subscribers you gain. Yup, scaling is a bit cheaper than with Klaviyo.
If you decide to go for the Pro plan then scaling becomes a bit pricier. I would like to mention that the tiers are still around five dollars but they vary wildly:
- 2601 and 2700 subscribers: $40 + $199 Pro Plan subscription per month
- 2701 and 5000 subscribers: $50 + $199 Pro Plan subscription per month
- 5001 and 5200 subscribers: $55 + $199 Pro Plan subscription per month
- 5201 and 5600 subscribers: $65 + $199 Pro Plan subscription per month
Their API is designed to help you integrate with REST APIs, or to create custom solutions. To authenticate your requests, the Mailchimp API supports both the OAuth2 and HTTP basic and authentication methods.
Here are few integrations Mailchimp selected to help you bring your work together and stay connected: ShopSync, Canva, Zapier, WooCommerce, Slack, Wordpress, SimpleTexting, and Lightspeed
Omnisend is a powerful marketing automation platform developed for high-growth e-commerce businesses. With advanced automation workflows, a multitude of channels to reach your potential customers (via email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and more) and customer segmentation features, this can be the all-in-one solution for e-commerce marketers. It offers diverse highlights to help you streamline and enhance your promoting endeavors, no matter what channel you use.
Pros of using Omnisend
Automate tasks easily - You can easily automate some tasks as welcome emails, abandoned carts, and similar. Furthermore, the variety of signup forms can be really serviceable to grow your subscriber list.
24/7 support: no matter the time of day, their support staff is ready to answer all of the questions you may have. They claim the average waiting time is only about 5 minutes.
Cons - Missing iOS or Android application, and you can’t copy created automation workflows.
They offer a 14-day trial after which you can opt for one of their three plans.
Standard ($16/ a month), Pro - $199/ plans that go up in price as your email list grows bigger. They have an enterprise plan that goes for a fixed $2000/month, which is for bigger enterprise companies. I would also love to mention that they offer a free plan up to 2000 emails per day.
You can integrate your store to Omnisend via our API if you are using any of these e-commerce platforms: Magento, Woocommerce, OpenCart, and any other platform (including custom ecommerce platforms).
If you are using Omnisend on Bigcommerce or Shopify there is no need for integration via API because all of the major parts of integration are covered automatically. Omnisend API documentation can be found here.
You can Integrate your Omnisend account with e-commerce specific tools and e-commerce platforms to grow your business. Whether it's an e-commerce platform or any other tool, they've got you covered. Their single click integrations include Shopify, Shopifyplus, Bigcommerce, Woocommerce, and there are many more integrations available such as Magento, volusion, open cart, plus any other via API.
Next on the list of the Klaviyo alternatives is Bronto. This popular B2C email service provider is mostly used by medium to large enterprises.
Pros of using Bronto
It has all the major features that marketers need to operate a high volume email channel. This includes an email editor, customer segments, drip campaigns, analytics, and an API to create trigger campaigns. Overall, these features are relatively easy to use and reliable.
In addition, the system generally does a good job with email deliverability, and it also has geolocation abilities to send targeted emails, even though you’re not collecting the data. I would also love to mention the Magento extension for easy integration that they offer, as well as the advanced segmentation (both static and dynamic). Bronto offers workflows and automation, and it includes transactional emails.
This is probably one of the best Klaviyo alternatives. Why am I saying this? Because workflow and segmentation abilities are some of the best in the industry with some seriously advanced rules that you can set up for even the most intriguing of micro-segments.
Cons of using Bronto
Yeah, I know I just said that this is probably one of the best Klaviyo alternatives, but it actually has some disadvantages. The interface is a little clunky, not extremely intuitive. You can’t get the actual pricing without spending a lot of time on the phone with the sales reps. And you can appear to be out of budget as there can be many add-ons (don’t say I didn’t warn you) that don’t seem to be included in the base price.
The biggest downside to Bronto is its limited database storage. Unlike competitive systems, Bronto is only able to store a single flat-file database. This significantly limits the information the system can ingest, and as a result, the overall power of the application. In addition, its SOAP API is not the most developer-friendly.
API availability - The API was originally designed using the SOAP API protocol, which is the standard method for enabling interoperability. With the Bronto API, you can synchronize contacts on a regular basis, create, edit, and manage lists of contacts using external data stores, deliver transactionally and triggered messages from external systems, update a product, add a cart, get the data associated with a product, import product data feed, record customer conversions (from email and other sources), read delivery metrics and subscriber activities for use in CRM systems, etc.
Salesforce, Netsuite, and Microsoft Dynamics integrations are all available amongst a few others.
What is Drip and why would you choose it? Well, it’s an (ECRM) e-commerce Customer Relationship Management platform that gathers and organizes customer data, and enables e-commerce retailers to use that curated data to create personalized omnichannel customer journeys at scale. Yup, that’s what it makes it one of the best Klaviyo alternatives, now let’s jump to cons and pros.
Pros of choosing Drip:
Knock-your-socks-off automation - You’ll have some pretty sweet automation options if you choose Drip. Email campaigns, If-this-then-that rules, and workflows can be created to automatically move users along simple and unique adventures that adapt to what they actually do. Pretty cool, eh?
But wait, there’s more - rules and workflows can be as detailed and flexible as your business needs. It also allows you to set goals inside of workflows in order to control the ultimate customer experience.
A point-and-click visual email developer- Drip gives you complete control of how your emails look and feel. Email sections are pretty easy to customize or organize, you can upload images in a jiffy, and what's more, you can even add GIFs! Nice! In case creating a visual email isn’t your jam, no worries at all, there’s a text/HTML builder on board, too.
Cons of choosing Drip:
Way too much personalization. They really do understand that each customer is different from the next, and that’s truuuly amazing. I just love how marketing with heart is at the very core of their platform, but in case you’re looking to send tinny generic and cold messages that don’t leave an impression on your potential customers, then you most definitely won’t find their on-point personalization features appealing. It’s not really a con, but hey, we had to pick something.
As with many other Klaviyo alternatives, the pricing is purely based on the subscriber count, which could either be great news or terrible news depending on your list size. The Basic plan of $49 covers you for up to 2,500 subscribers, and the Pro plan covers you up to 5,000. Anything above that needs to be calculated for monthly costs via their site calculator.
Drip has integrations galore. Devs rejoice! From Facebook Custom Audiences, Zapier, Magento, PayPal, Facebook Lead Ads, to Salesforce, and even a fully revamped Shopify integration. There’s no lack of e-commerce resources with Drip. Just name the tool and the possibilities are very high that Drip integrates for a multi-channel marketing platform.
Hubspot is an inbound marketing software platform that helps businesses attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. In their own words, “Marketing has evolved tremendously over the last decade due to changes in consumer behavior. HubSpot is the answer to those changes.”
Pros of choosing Hubspot
Effective and intricate lead recipes and workflows for handling prospects, leads, subscribers, as well as your customers. You'll have almost endless customization for implementing triggers and rules to target prospects, leads, and customers according to personas, behaviors, demographics, and the buyer's journey stage. Hubspot has very good segmentation as well as list-building capabilities, and it also has extensive reporting features and analytics to boot. Not too shabby!
They say that the key to HubSpot's success is flexible pricing structures that are based on your organization's size and specific needs, you can either use HubSpot's free tools or upgrade to use more features at incremental price increases. Isn't that enough already? Let's see if this cool Klaviyo alternative even has any cons.
Onboarding Fee - HubSpot's onboarding fee is one factor to be considered when weighing the platform's pros and cons, in addition to the regular monthly fee. The fee depends on the package. The basic onboarding fee is $600, and the Pro one $3,000. Not sure if you're ready for this but, yup, there's the Hubspot's enterprise onboarding fee (the most expensive) at $5,000.
Lots Of Configuration Required - This system requires you to configure it to your needs and business in order to get it working suitably. As an example, to automate your marketing to be the most efficient possible, you'll just simply have to set up the appropriate workflows. Otherwise, you'll just be wasting your money.
Weeeeeell, HubSpot's pricing is competitive, but it arguably offers much more value. Packages start at $200 per month for Basic and goes up to $2,400 per month for Enterprise. Considering all of those flexible options that HubSpot provides, it's definitely one of the most affordable platforms of its kind.
All of the HubSpot APIs are organized around REST - if you've previously interacted with a RESTful API, then I'm sure many of the concepts will be familiar to you. As they say, "All API calls to HubSpot should be made to the https://api.hubapi.com base domain." We’ve been around the block a few times and Hubspot’s API availability is definitely on the better end of the scale.
They're using many standard HTTP features, such as HTTP verbs that can be understood by lots of HTTP clients. The APIs are designed to have straightforward, predictable URLs, and to indicate API errors by using HTTP response codes.
HubSpot's APIs are subject to rate limiting. You can review some specific limits detailed in their full API guidelines.
There are also quite a few integration options if you’re using other tools such as MailChimp, Zapier, Jira Cloud, WordPress, Slack, Salesforce, and others.
This amazing platform has been on the go since 2003. ActiveCampaign is mainly focused on email marketing and e-commerce as part of an overall digital marketing package bringing together intuitive real-time data analysis and automated CRM management.
Ease of use – ActiveCampaign was the first platform to pioneer the visual marketing automation builder. The first thing that you’ll notice while using ActiveCampaign is how intuitive and well-designed the user interface is. It’s one of those marketing automation tools that doesn’t require training to understand.
Automation split testing – Yes, you’ll be able to A/B test entire sequences against each other rather than just test individual emails. That's what most of the marketing automation tools offer. Honestly, this is a really cool yet rare feature for an ESP, so is definitely worth the callout.
Machine learning – In recent years, they’ve built plenty of innovative ML-based features and predictive win-probability scoring of leads that will help you automate even more marketing and sales processes.
Well, their marketing automation is, I would say, particularly powerful because it has an in-built CRM system. This CRM, though, is not as good as some standalone platforms like Salesforce.
Despite providing insights on sales/goal conversions and being fairly comprehensive, their reporting is quite crowded, so it may sometimes be difficult to navigate it. Although it’s a robust platform, that’s also its downfall - being so comprehensive, it isn’t always the most intuitive or easy to navigate.
Their pricing plan is based on the number of subscribers and features that you would like to use. Lite Plan is $9 a month for 500 subscribers, but the CRM that ActiveCampaign is known for is unfortunately not included. The Puls plan increases to $99/month at 2,500 subscribers, and then there’s the Professional plan that kicks up to $199/month at 5,000 subscribers. Please keep in mind that depending on the plan you choose, scaling will quickly become pretty expensive.
Gmail, Leadformly, Outlook, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zapier integration, and many more. ActiveCampaign integrates with over 2,000 different tools via Zapier integration. You'll need a paid Zapier subscription to access some certain integrations as this is what enables you to connect ActiveCampaign with a huuuge variety of tools.
I'm happy to introduce you to this compelling marketing software tool that has been around since 1998. Yup, it’s been around since some of you youngsters were even born! GetResponse focuses on email marketing and ties marketing automation, sales funnel, related landing page builder, and webinars into this. They're offering a wide variety of pre-designed responsive email templates to make designing your email campaigns much more straightforward.
Okay, so what makes it one of the best Klaviyo alternatives? The discounts you'll receive when paying upfront for one or two years of service are extremely generous — you'll be hard-pressed to find similar discounts from key competitors. Their webinar functionality is a genuine USP. I'm pretty sure you won't come across this level of functionality on related products.
The 'Conversion Funnel' feature can be handy for folks that would like to manage all aspects of e-commerce activity and their sales funnels under one roof. Also, what is considered necessary is that custom DKIM is provided on each plan, and they provide support in a wide variety of languages.
The current email creator is buggy and clunky. The new version of the email creator doesn't allow you to craft emails that can be used in automated workflows (although this functionality should be introduced soon). The drag-and-drop interface for the landing pages is a bit fiddly and needs improvement.
Although Getresponse's landing page feature allows you to use the Facebook pixel, you can't do so in a GDPR compliant way.
The cheapest of the cheap is $15/month for the basic package, and it allows you to contact up to 1,000 people. It's not a bad package for startups since its main focus is to afford you the capacity to email people and have related (but basic) landing pages. You can opt to keep the basic package up to 100,000 subscribers, which would cost $450/month. And then there's Enterprise starting at $1,199/month for lists that are exceeding 100,000.
GetResponse API gives you this set of actions: manage your campaigns, newsletters, gather statistics, and more.
You can browse and integrate applications that connect directly with GetRespose here.
Campaign Monitor is a web application used for capturing data to an online mailing list, and also manage it, and send HTML e-newsletters to it .It's broadly used by businesses to program autoresponders, send out mass mailings, and analyze the results with a fine-toothed comb.
The reason why it's one of the best Klaviyo alternatives is that their interface is extremely easy to use. The templates are robust, wonderful, and faithfully reproduced in all major email clients. You’re not restricted to the boring web-friendly fonts because with Campaign Monitor, you'll be able to use certain other web fonts in templates. The data segmentation options are excellent because you'll be able to exclude or to send multiple lists and segments in your campaigns.
The automation features are easy to use and comprehensive.
Too good to be true? Like all Klaviyo alternatives, this one has a few disadvantages as well. In comparison to its competitors, it's very expensive; split testing is limited to only two variants. They don't offer a (proper) free trial. Their email-only support is not available for the most expensive plan. Can you believe it? Yeah, we can’t either.
Its reporting functionality is fairly basic, and analytics are also rather basic.
The basic plan starts at $9 a month.
Unlimited plan starting from $29.
Premier plan starting from $149 a month.
It's important to mention that, like quite a few of the ESPs mentioned on this list, the cost of using Campaign Monitor goes up as your subscribers' list increases.
When you reach 50,000 subscribers, you will have to pay about $700 for the Unlimited plan and around $990 for the Premier plan. At this range, the basic plan is no longer available.
API availability - With Campaign Monitor's robust API, you can connect all your core business apps to meet your unique email marketing and automation needs.
Zapier can help by automatically adding leads to your Campaign Monitor account in order to start your campaigns faster. You can backup your data on Google Sheets to keep accurate records of who has unsubscribed and subscribed from your lists, and you can connect Campaign Monitor to 2,000+ Apps.
These guys are the market leaders in customer relationship management software, so this is almost certainly going to be one of the Klaviyo alternatives that you'll consider trying out. It really is one great CRM platform, but it's not for every single business. So my focus here is to help you decide whether Salesforce is the perfect CRM for you or not.
Pros of choosing Salesforce
Thanks to rich customization capabilities, You can choose the degree of tailoring your Salesforce solution. Depending on your needs, Configuration allows you to introduce custom objects, fields, and tabs for created objects, email templates, and a lot more. With customization, which implies custom development, you'll get rules for expected revenue or tax calculation, reports and dashboards with enhanced visibility, or automated mechanisms for sales and service tasks management. You see? That's exactly why we decided to mention it as one of the best Klaviyo alternatives.
This is not simply a sales CRM; it includes applications and key products to provide extensive support for marketing processes as well as for customer service. Moreover, you can create your own portal or app for communication with your customers by using the Lightning Platform or by creating a website with the Salesforce solution known as Site.com.
It can be very expensive, like; you'll need to pay for add-ons in order to get the most out of their software. Setup and Configuration are time-consuming and complex. Cluttered interfaces are what makes simple tasks and navigation unnecessarily complex. The learning curve never seems to end, and what's more, the customer support has a poor reputation. The initial setup of the platform requires at least a month’s worth of development work for your custom Salesforce instance, and even then, the product is highly unintuitive.
I wanna let you know that this platform comes with some upfront costs. Yup, it can cost from $25/ month to over $300.
You’ll be paying about $1,500 per year for Salesforce if you want a CRM system for a full five users. If you're a small business that has 10 users that want to upgrade to the Lightning Professional tier, you'll have to pay around $9,000 per year.
'In the sea of Salesforce APIs, there's a key archipelago of commonly used APIs that we focus on in this module. They are REST API, SOAP API, Bulk API, and Streaming API. Together they make up the Salesforce data APIs.' as they say.
You can integrate Salesforce with the apps you're already using. From marketing, productivity to collaboration, and beyond. Connect it to the tools you need to run your business, such as Google Cloud, Slack, Quickbooks, Mailchimp, LinkedIn, DocuSign, Jira, Hello Sign, Code Science, Active Campaign, Dropbox.
Iterable empowers growth marketers to build world-class user engagement campaigns across all channels, throughout the full lifecycle. Marketers are segmenting users, automating touchpoints, and building workflows at scale without engineering support.
Pros of Choosing Iterable
The main reasons why Iterable is on the list of the best Klaviyo alternatives are multiple segments, triggered campaigns, and personalized messages. You will be able to run your campaigns smoothly and to create triggered campaigns or targeted blasts that can increase user engagement. Besides, you can run campaigns on single or multiple segments with the same tool kit. The software sends emails, push notifications, and SMS messages to your clients as reminders of your company. Their platform will definitely work without any hassle regardless of what type of communication you’re using.
You can prepare your personalized messages and send them at your preferred time. And even if you don’t have prior coding knowledge, you can create a complex workflow quickly. This means that in case you or your sales team aren’t proficient in the field of programming, you can use it to create a process and leave your devs with the peace and quiet they so rarely receive.
Cons of Choosing Iterable
Just like all the other Klaviyo alternatives, Iterable has some disadvantages, too. What am I talking about? The heatmap is not working as it should be, which is what can make looking to see how users interact with emails a manual process. And while working on a bit more complex templates, it can become a bit slow and buggy. That said, given how relatively quickly Iterable resolves issues in its platform, this might not be an issue by the time you read this article.
Like with many other Klaviyo alternatives, pricing here is based on the number of users and messages on their platform. Iterable’s pricing tiers start at $500 per month.
Iterable integrates with quite a few big names like Google Analytics, Radar.io, SparkPost, Stitch, Census, Mixpanel, Woopra, Segment, and Magento. It also integrates with Zapier for even more opportunities, so the sky’s essentially the limit with this ESP.

Braze connects brands with their customers with the creation of digital tools to answer the needs of the customers and fulfilling the brand's objectives. Last on the list of Klaviyo alternatives, but certainly, not least is Shopify. The Canadian e-commerce platform has been around since 2004. But it started blowing up on the digital marketing scene when the pandemic hit. The reason for its increasing popularity is that during the pandemic a lot of people launched their own e-commerce business and using Shopify to host their website was super easy. You don't need to have IT knowledge to use Shopify as it offers an online storefront that is simple to use.
Oh, you probably started sweating bullets again while reading this book of Klaviyo alternatives. Phew, I’m craving a gallon of water after this! Wait...you don’t need me to tell you that choosing the right tool is crucial to your business success, do you? How would you do that if not weighing the pros and cons of each of these tools out there? I’m waiting for your answer…
Sure, there’s no denying that Klaviyo is a powerful, highly advanced platform, but that doesn’t have to mean it’s for everybody. The digital marketing world is yours to explore, survivors, and so are Klaviyo alternatives! If it’s not the perfect fit for your business, there are always these other options better suited to your needs. It’s always great to keep all your options open and to stay informed.
Whew...think that’s pretty much everything! Actually, I don’t think, I know.
