Hugo & Hoby provide fast, flexible, and scalable service that crafts beautiful furnishings to fit your needs, all while using materials that respect the natural environment as well as the methods that build our local manufacturing communities. Inspired by Hugo & Hoby's concept of merging indoor spaces, we developed an email strategy that brings the outdoors. This east coast-based company has built some of the most beautiful workspaces, luxury apartments, breweries and much more!

Final started as FinalStraw, a sustainability-focused company aimed at making plastic straws a thing of the past. And you know what? They have some really crazy, awesome ideas that will make you take that first step to a more sustainable life. Quickly, Final's founder Emma started looking for some more sustainable products that will help keep plastic out of our oceans and landfills. So, she decided to bring more sustainable dining essentials to the table (pardon the pun).

We wanted to make sure that the evolution of Final's email design peacefully coexisted and organically evolved with their product's design, all while never being behind the curve with their overall program. Approaching design in this way, we knew that there was just so much amazing content we could leverage to move forward at a rapid pace while still retaining all of the elements that their customers have come to adore.

We have had the pleasure to design emails for Doughp that's aiming to make the world (and your inbox) a little sweeter place. Yup, we're talking about that same Doughp that Impressed The Sharks. We saw a lot of potential in the delicious dough that this brand offers, and how awesome their brick & mortar stores were doing. Kelsey, being the cunning entrepreneur she is, knew that growing her e-comm channel was a necessity to grow Doughp into a world-dominating business.

You can now guess what happened next. Lucky guess. It made sense to push forward hard in this direction and get the ball rolling as quickly and deeply as possible, which is exactly what we did. So, the outcome? That same Doughp reached unparalleled 9x revenue when we added a little bit of sugar, spice, and everything nice into their email marketing strategy. Don't believe us? When Oru Kayak contacted us back in 2020, we knew they had a pretty special product on their hands. Born out of a Kickstarter campaign and an out-of-the-box design idea, the brand creates exceptional-quality origami kayaks that fold up to the size of a suitcase so you can fit them in your car, garage or even take them on a plane. Oru truly revolutionizes the way people experience kayaking trips. We loved Oru Kayak's mission of making adventure accessible for everyone and so we hopped aboard and set sail as a team. What followed was a truly exciting two years for both of us. In this email marketing case study, you'll see how we smashed Oru's goals and set new records for them.

An NGO that we’ve worked with since before we even became CodeCrew, Mission Graduates, is a nonprofit that helps make college the expectation, not the exception for Mission youth and families, through a wide variety of afterschool, in-school, and summer programs. Each year, they reach over 3,600 low-income youth and families in San Francisco’s Mission District, emphasizing college in order to achieve economic equity and strengthen the fabric of our community. What we did is help them design some new wonderful templates for their email marketing program to expand their mission. Using these attractive templates, Mission Graduates has been able to improve their messaging to this community.

Impact Matters’ mission is to guide donors to some of the highest-impact nonprofits by producing ratings of cost-effectiveness at scale. They rate nonprofits based on their cost-effectiveness using a combination of social science and nonprofit data.
