Sooo, what happens if you jump up to say…like...1000 contacts?
Obviously, unlimited email send share is a plus and it's always nice to have chat support (during EST hours, M-F). And if you do play around with the contact slider? That pricing plan can go aaaall the way up to $1,700 p/m for 146,000 contacts. After that, you're gonna need a personalized quote.
Essentially, with each tier, you'll get the same basic features, including one-click integrations, automated emails, email templates and reporting. The only things that change with price are:
- Number of contacts you have
- Number of emails you can send
- The amount of support you receive
Those higher-tier accounts will get their own account manager. Cool, right? Truly, this isn't the cheapest tool out there (but it's also not the most expensive). This is not only based on Shopify but many other CRMs. Moreover, you will be able to segment based on events like when your customer makes his first purchase.

I'm talking about creating segments for people browsing sunglasses six times in the previous seven days on your store. Or people named Anthony who bought pants last Thursday. Their integration with Facebook audience targeting allows you to get veeery deep into your customization options too. You see?
Wanna figure out which customers are (probably) going to become VIP's? You can just set up Klaviyo's "data science" tools.
We haven't even gotten to the best part yet! Klaviyo charges you on the amount of emails sent at once per campaign. Hence you get rewarded if you do great segmentation.

Additionally, I would like to mention that they do have a drag-and-drop email builder. It employs easy-to-use content blocks so that you can have complete control over your emails. We don’t really recommend using a templated approach unless you’re just starting out in the world of email marketing and need to get something out the door.
However, if you're ever low on inspiration, they'll provide you with an extensive library of email templates you can use. Literally, all you have to do is pick a design that suits your purpose the best.
