At a Crossroads: How A/B Testing Improved Email Campaign Performance

By introducing extensive A/B testing to Grech RV’s email marketing program, we were able to gain a thorough understanding of their audience’s preferences. Each result showed us what subscribers responded to best, and we used this data to further refine and optimize the performance of Grech RV’s email campaigns.

Even changing the color of the CTA button helped increase click rates, with the data showing that red buttons outperformed blue ones significantly.

We also found that the audience responded really well to the use of GIFs rather than static images, so we included these in our designs going forward.
